everything I do is for my two girls.

for them, and for every child like them, I want to help create a world where sport is as accessible, inclusive and joyful as it is for anybody else.

my eldest daughter, Frankie, was born premature. Her arrival set off a chain of complications that landed her in Neonatal Intensive Care for 13 days.

her story, as it turns out, is almost identical to Britain’s most decorated Olympian, Dame Laura Kenny. The advice Laura was given, and Frankie too, was simple: Keep the lungs active. Keep the body moving. Stay strong through sport.

Frankie was lucky. The lasting effects are minimal. But the importance of movement will always be part of her story; to keep her thriving, sport has to stay accessible, joyful, and within reach.

and that belief doesn’t stop with her.

globally, we know that the more active people are, the less likely they are to face a long list of diseases and chronic conditions.

physical activity isn’t a privilege; it’s a necessity.

so, it’s vital that we make it part of everyday life and that we make it fun.

that’s why pact is grounded in active joy.

it’s my reason for being.

the purpose in work, life and everything in between.

because when people move joyfully, confidently and freely, the world moves forward too.

grounded by active joy
